What services do you provide?

CarOracle helps GRAIL employees buy or lease a new vehicle without the time and stress of managing it alone. We begin with a consultation to understand your preferences, budget, and timing. From there, we search the market, explain your options, negotiate terms, and coordinate delivery or pickup. You still receive all manufacturer incentives, and if you have a trade-in, we’ll help you secure a fair offer.

How much does your service cost?

Normally, CarOracle’s concierge service costs $99. As a GRAIL employee, your discounted rate is $20. That covers the full process from consultation to delivery.

How does the process work?

After your consultation, CarOracle identifies the best vehicle options for your needs and negotiates directly with dealers. We handle the back-and-forth on pricing, terms, and logistics. Most of the paperwork is managed by us, though financing or credit approval is completed with the dealer. We then arrange for you to take delivery quickly—often without ever spending hours in a showroom.

Does this program work for both new and used?

This program is designed to help GRAIL employees buy or lease new vehicles. New cars provide the smoothest experience — with full manufacturer warranties, incentives, and straightforward financing. We can, however, help you compare the cost of new versus Certified Pre-Owned (CPO), since in many cases the long-term cost of a new car can be very similar once you factor in rebates, lower interest rates, and reduced maintenance during the warranty period.

Why should I use CarOracle instead of going to a dealer myself?

You certainly could. But most buyers spend hours researching, comparing offers, and still walk away unsure if they got the right car or the right terms. At the dealership, the process often drags into financing and insurance add-ons that create frustration. With CarOracle, you save that time and avoid second-guessing. Our role is to simplify the process, present clear options, and manage the details so you can make a confident choice.

Can you help if I’m not sure what car I want yet?

That’s exactly where we come in.
Many clients begin with general goals, a price point, a body style, or a few key features, and rely on us to guide the rest. We’ll help you narrow it down based on availability, incentives, and total value.

Our job is to simplify the decision and ensure you feel confident before making a move.

Will I get the same incentives as if I went directly to the dealer?

Yes. You still receive all manufacturer incentives and financing programs available at the time of your purchase or lease. CarOracle doesn’t remove or stack incentives—we simply help you access them more easily as part of the process.
